Nicola Elsworth (2nd Kup), 20, from Ramsgate, participated in the ITF Italian National Championships on 19th December 2010, as part of the TKD Power™ team that were in Italy for the preceding ITF Umpire`s Course.
Nicola, who is currently undefeated in Sparring Competition, did not disappoint, fought an excellent campaign against sturdy opposition in the senior ladies -70kg division, and brought home yet another Gold medal. She was coached by TKD Power™ Senior Instructor, Antony Panteli.
Nicola is on target to achieve her Black Belt this year, step up into the Black Belt divisions and compete for a place in the National Team.
