World Cup Gallery
This morning`s competition has concluded with only a couple of our team performing. Blue belt Amy Kehoe successfully fought her way in to the second round of the under 38KG junior division, beating Aryl Rottenburg (Isreal). Her next opponent was Albina Albinaaytunbitova (Russia) who only just beat Amy after a split decision and despite Alibina receiving two official warnings during the bout.
Shane Barber, fell down at the first hurdle against Zegarra Tejada (Argentina). Zegarra took the decision following an excellent bout despite Shane finishing the stronger competitor.
Blackbelts start this afternoon with Nicola Elsworth and Kieran Hook both competing in the Blackbelt Patterns.
